5. Close the SSD enclosure bottom cover

Please note: When you are using a new SSD, the computer might not fi nd it
immediately. In this case, please initialise and format the SSD before use.
If necessary, create a backup of your data because in the initialising/formatting process, all
data will be deleted.
Formatting your SSD
6.1. Right-Click on the "This PC" Icon and select "Manage".
6.2. Select "Disk management" and you can see your SSD described as "not initialised" and
"unallocated".
6.3. Right-Click on the SSD symbol (red) and select "Initialise disk".
