This control panel is not suitable for installation in an explosive atmosphere. Keep this manual with care, enclose it to the technical installation file and keep
them in a suitable an convenient place known by whoever is concerned, for future reference.
2 • PRODUCT TYPE The D-SPEED control panel is designed to control a 230 Vac 50/60 Hz motor for sliding gates. It is supplied with an electronic clutch, encoder,
obstacle detection system, slowing down, adjustable braking devices and a built-in radio receiver.
3 • TRIMMER
TRIMMER DESCRIPTION
For adjusting gate pause time before re-closing. Feature is active in Automatic, Residential and Condominium operating modes. Feature is not active in
TR1
Standard and Step by Step operating modes. From 2 to 140 seconds. Turning clockwise increases the pause time.
TR2
For adjusting motor torque from 20 to 100%. Turning clockwise increases the torque.
For adjusting the braking from 0 to 100% in the slowing down phases. Turning clockwise increases the braking. To disactivate braking feature the

trimmer must be turned fully anti-clockwise. Attention! Use only with very heavy gates from 1000 kg and over, or with considerable inertia.
For adjusting motor speed from 30% to 100% during slowing down. Turning clockwise increases the speed in slowing down. To disable the deceleration, the
TR4
trimmer must be turned fully clockwise.
For adjusting obstacle sensitivity. To increase the sensitivity rotate the trimmer counter-clockwise. To disable the feature rotate the trimmer completely

Each time dip-switch and trimmer positions are adjusted, control panel must be reset by turning off the power. (Disconnect the circuit breaker or remove the
fuse F2 or disconnect the power terminal block)

Make sure that all N.C. contacts (normallyclosed contacts) are switched on. If not , double check that installed devices are working properly and powered.
Remember that if a normally closed contact is not used, it must be bridged. If no LED is lit on, check electricity mains, then check that the fuses are working, Make
sure that LEDs of all N.O. contacts (normally-open contacts) are swiched off. If not, double check that installed device are working properly.
6 • STORING REMOTE CONTROLS
The D-SPEED control panel has a built-in radio receiver that can store up to 128 rolling code remote controls or 30 fixed code remote controls.
POPS model remote controls are not compatible.
Storing a remote control.
1 - Press P2 button and hold it down until the led DL9 begins flashing.
2 - Release button P2.
3 - Press the button of the remote control to be stored. Proper storing will cause the end of LED DL9 flashing. If after 10 seconds a remote control is not stored,
storing procedure will be terminated automatically.
