WARNINGS AND ERRORS
Controller displays all the system warnings on the screensaver. If there is any error, it will be displayed on the screensaver, on
the main screen and on "Errors", in user settings.
Warnings
EN
Unoccupied Override. A zone has been activated while the user mode is set on
Unoccupied. If the set-point temperature is changed, it is maintained for the pre-

established period of time (60 minutes by default) and returns to the set-point
temperature of the unoccupied mode.
FR
Vacation Override. A zone has been activated while the user mode is set on
Vacation. If the set-point temperature is changed, it is maintained for the pre-
established period of time (60 minutes by default) and turns off the zones again.
IT
Window. The air conditioning of the zone has been suspended due to open
window. Only available if the window contact of the system is activated.
PT
Occupancy. No occupancy has been detected in the zone for the last 5 minutes.
Therefore, the timer is activated (the zone will switch off after 90 minutes). Only
DE
available if the presence contact is activated.
Global ventilation. The global ventilation is activated.
Anti-freezing. It will be only displayed when it is activated.
Lite Low Battery. Displayed when Lite interfaces have low battery. It has 2 weeks
of life left in normal conditions.
Errors
Error 1. Communication error with the control module.
Error 2. Communication error with the main control board.
Error 3. Motorized element not connected to the actuator output.
Error 4. Unusual behavior of the motorized element.
Error 5. Temperature sensor is opened.
Error 6. Temperature sensor is short circuited.
Error 9. Communication error between the communications gateway and the
system.
Error 10. Communication error between the BACnet interface and the main
control board.
Error 11. Communication error between the communications gateway and the
indoor unit.
Error 12. Communication error between the webserver and the main control
board.
Error 13. Communication error between the main control board and the control
module of radiant elements.
AC Unit error. Direct expansion unit error.
