Disposal is the capture, collection, transformation, selection, processing, regeneration,
destruction, recycling and sale of the materials to be disposed of, which are
incorporated in the electrical equipment.
This section contains information on the proper and professional disposal of the
electrical device.
Legislation
Disposal of the electrical appliance shall be carried out in accordance with the
legislation of the country in which the electrical appliance is disposed of.
Compliance with these legal requirements is the responsibility of the operator of the
electrical equipment or the person responsible for its disposal.
