BLADE INSTALLATION
The wall chaser is designed to work with special compound multi-blades
● Use included keys and hold the outer flange (10) to lock the spindle and undo the fixing screw (9) (fig.
A, B). The fixing screw has left hand thread.
● Remove the fixing screw (9) and remove the outer flange (10) (fig. A).
● Insert blade under the guard and install blade onto the spindle.
● Well seated blade must rest on the spindle flange (11) (fig. A). The spindle does not go through full
depth of blade installation hole.
● Slide the outer flange into the blade hole. Rotate the outer flange while pressing it, until it goes into the
hole so it fully rests on the blade surface.
● Screw in the fixing screw.
● Use the keys to lock the spindle and tighten the fixing screw (fig. B).
You can remove the blade by following the installation procedure in reverse sequence.
DUST BAG INSTALLATION
The wall chaser comes with a dust bag, adjustable shoulder strap and hose with adapters to connect the
dust bag to the wall chaser.
● Undo one of the adapters (13) attached to hose end (12) (fig. C). Left hand thread is used.
● Slide down the clamp (15) to open the dust bag (14) (fig. D).
● Put removed adapter through the hole for emptying (16) of the dust bag and slide it into the inlet hole
(17) (fig. D). Its narrow end should partially protrude outside.
● Put on and tighten the metal hose clamp where adapter joins with the dust bag, then connect the hose
to the adapter (fig. E).
● Slide the other end of the hose with adapter (13) onto the dust extraction outlet (7) (fig. F) and rotate
clockwise until it locks.
● Adjust length of the shoulder strap (18) for comfortable use of the dust bag (14) (fig. D).
Deinstallation is similar to the installation procedure in reverse sequence.
CONNECTION OF DUST EXTRACTION SYSTEM
For cleaner workplace you can attach external dust extraction device to the wall chaser.
Connect the dust extraction hose tip to the dust extraction outlet (7). Make sure to use adapter with large
enough diameter for secure connection.
When starting to work, first switch on the dust extraction system, e.g. industrial vacuum cleaner, next
switch on the wall chaser. When the work is finished proceed inversely – switch off the wall chaser first, next
the vacuum cleaner. This procedure allows to avoid unnecessary dustiness in the workplace. Some types
of industrial vacuum cleaners are equipped with power supply socket for power tools and switching the
vacuum cleaner on and off is automated, controlled with switching the power tool.
