1. PRODUCT SPECIFICATIONS

1) Motor and pump body are made of stainless steel/cast iron for high durability.
2) Highly increased maximum immersion depth due to double mechanical seal resistant to high
pressures (0.5 MPa).
3) Efficient motor cooling thanks to the incorporation of a discharge channel as part of the motor
housing. Space-saving due to top outlet.
4) Discharge from 50 mm (2'') to 150 mm (6''), motor between 0.25 KW (0.35 HP) and 11 KW (15
HP).
5) Hermetically sealed motor equipped with internal thermal protection.

2. WORKING CONDITIONS

1) The received voltage must be within ±5% of the nominal voltage.
2) In order to use the pump, the water temperature should be between 0ºC and 40ºC.
3) The pump should only be used for pumping pure water, never for pumping other fluids such as
oil, salt water or organic solvents.
4) The pump must not be used for transferring flammable liquids, nor must it be operated near an
area where flammable products may be present.
5) The pump must not be used partially disassembled.
6) Maximum immersion depth: 50 m.

3. BEFORE FIRST USE

Carry out the following checks on receipt of the pump.
1) Check that the pump has not been damaged in transit.
2) Inspect the pump for breaks, knocks, damaged threads, etc.
3) Check the cable for cuts or other damage.
4) Check and tighten any parts that appear loose.
5) Carefully read the labels, stickers and markings on the pump.
6) Important: Always check that the data on the pump nameplate (model, power, amperage, volta-
ge) match those on the electrical panel and supply.
7) Use a meter to check the resistance between the winding wires and ground (green) to verify the
insulation resistance of the motor. For reference, the minimum resistance value should be 20MΩ.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by connecting the pump to an incorrect power
source (voltage/phase). Record the models and serial numbers of the pump and electrical panel
at the front of this instruction booklet for future reference. Give it to the owner or attach it to the
electrical panel when installation is complete.
4. INSTALLATION OF THE PUMP
1) The pump is designed for use with water or water-based solutions. Please contact the manu-
facturer for additional information.
2) Risk of electrical damage. The pump is supplied without a plug. To reduce the risk of electrical
hazard, ensure that it is properly grounded.
3) Use a lifting rope or chain (not included) to the handle or lifting rings on top of the pump.
