ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS

1. Make sure the suction cup base
and table surface are clean and dry.
2. With the handle end facing the
base, secure the hopper by sliding
the bottom of the hopper through
the guides in the suction cup base.
3. Slide the spout through the
guides in the hopper. Note there is
an arrow indicating the direction to
attach the spout. FIGURE 3
4. Drop the gear into the auger
roller and secure with the auger
cap. FIGURE 4
5. Drop the auger assembly into the
hopper so side of the assembly with
the opening is facing the suction
cup base.
6. Insert the handle into the side
of the hopper until splines of the
handle fit snugly into the auger
assembly. NOTE: the handle
should be flush with the hopper.
7. Secure the suction cup base by
twisting the suction lock clockwise.
USING THE FRUIT & TOMATO PRESS
1. Place a bowl in front of the spout to catch your puree and another bowl
behind to catch the skins and seeds.
2. Cut your produce into small pieces (1/2" – 1" in diameter) and drop into the
hopper.
3. Turn the handle clockwise to push the produce against the screen. Note:
If you notice any clogs you can turn the handle counter-clockwise to help
remove the jammed produce.
4. With any strainer, you may notice that the screen or auger become
"clogged" or coated with skin or pulp. When you notice this you can remove
the handle, pull out the auger assembly and open the cap to rinse out excess
pulp and rinse the screen. Assemble and continue use.
