STEP 1 Assemble Bases
1.
Apply felt pads to the bottom of both bases where indicated.
2.
Insert lower poles into bases and twist until poles are secure.
3.
Fit upper poles into lower poles and twist the connecting ring of the upper poles until secure. Be sure to orient the upper poles to the base
correctly.
