Provision has been made to delay switching off of the hood to allow completion of ambient air purification. Starting from

2 speed, when pressing the current operating speed button (pilot lamp on), switching off will be delayed for 5'. During
this period the pilot lamp flashes.
Pay special attention to the grease filters: the metal grease filters must be cleaned approximately once every 30
hours of operation (when the light button lamp comes on) - Fig. 19S). To remove the grease filters (Fig. 3): this is carried
out by pushing the relative catch inwards and turning it downwards until it disengages from the supports. Wash out the
filter using a neutral soap. Once the cleaned filters are reinstalled, to reset the counter hold the light button pressed down
for about 1" (Fig.19A) while the corresponding pilot lamp (S) is on.

Replacing the charcoal filter: When using the filtering version of the appliance, the actived carbon filters must
be changed according to use (Fig. 10), usually every six months. Remove the filters rotating them and replace them
rotating into the opposite direction.
Lightings:
If the fluorescent light need changing, slacken the light cover by disconnecting the screw and remove the bulb
itself (Fig. 11). Replace with a bulb of the same type.
- If the halogen lamps need changing, slacken the ring nut in an anticlockwise direction and remove the bulb itself (Fig.
12). Replace with a bulb of the same type. CAUTION: Do not handle glass bulb with bare hands. In case the new
halogen bulb does not light up once it is on, disconnect the apparatus for a few seconds.

GERÄTEAUSFÜHRUNG
Das Gerät kann sowohl im Umluftbetrieb, als auch im Abluftbetrieb eingesetzt werden.
Im Umluftbetrieb (Abb. 1) wird die Luft zusätzlich durch den (einmotoriges Gerät) / die (zweimotoriges Gerät)
Aktivkohlefilter geleitet und in den Raum zurückgeführt. Pro Motor ist somit ein Kohlefilter erforderlich (Die Kohlefilter
werden nicht mitgeliefert). Im Abluftbetrieb (Abb. 2) wird der Kochdunst durch Abluftrohre ins Freie geleitet. Kohlefilter
sind im Abluftbetrieb nicht erforderlich.
Falls Ihr Gerät aus Edelstahl besteht, könnte es eine Schutzfolie haben: Entfernen Sie diese bitte vor der
Installation.
MONTAGE DES GERÄTS
Zur müheloseren Handhabung des Gerätes entfernt man vor dem Montieren das Metall- oder Filtergitter (Abb. 3): das
Vorderteil des Gitters nach oben drücken; den hinteren Teil aus seinem Sitz entfernen.
ACHTUNG: Während der Installation AUSSCHLIESSLICH DIE MITGELIEFERTEN SCHRAUBEN VERWENDEN und dabei
in der korrekten Weise vorgehen, wie in den zu befolgenden Anweisungen beschrieben, um eine Beschädigung Ihres
Produkts zu vermeiden.
Um etwaige Leerräume zwischen Gerät und Wand auszugleichen, ist ein DISTANZSTÜCK aus Kunststoff vorgesehen,
das an der Rückseite des Gerätes mittels der drei Schrauben A anzubringen ist (Abb. 4). Die 3 zu benutzenden
Schrauben A befinden sich in dem Zubehörbeutel, der dem Distanzstück beiliegt. Je nach dem auszugleichenden
Zwischenraum das Distanzstück nach gewünschtem Maß zuschneiden.
INSTALLATION UNTER DEM HÄNGES-CHRANK: Wichtige Vorbedingungen für das Montieren: – Elektrischen
Anschluß vorbereiten. – Soll das Gerät in Abluftversion installiert werden, so ist eine Abluftöffnung vorzusehen.
Befestigung wie auf den Abb. 5: die 4 Fixierlöcher, die für Ihr Modell vorgesehen sind, mit Hilfe der speziellen
Bohrvorrichtung einbohren und die zur Entlüftung notwendige Öffnung ausschneiden. Das Gerät in den
Hängeschrank einfügen und mittels der 4 beiliegenden Feststellschrauben daran befestigen. Die Haube gegen
den Oberschrank drücken und mit den 4 mit dem Gerät gelieferten selbstschneidenden Schrauben befestigen.
