Transport and storage

¾ Before transport or storage, switch off
the device and wait until the cutting tool
comes to a standstill.
¾ Mount the protective cover onto the
cutting blade.
Storage
Only transport and store the hedge trimmer with
its protective cover G [12] mounted on the cutting
blade.
• For optimum storage the hedge trimmer can be
attached to the wall F 1 .
Thoroughly clean your device at the end of each

etc. They contain chemical substances that can
damage, attack or destroy the plastic components
of the hedge trimmer.
Fertilizers and other garden chemicals contain

substances that may have a highly corrosive
effect on the metal parts of the hedge trimmer.
Therefore do not store your hedge trimmer in the
vicinity of these substances.

Arrange for complete replacement of the
damage cable by a workshop. Repair
of the cable using insulating tape is
forbidden.
