* Wash all parts (excluding the main body) with hot soapy water.
* Before plugging in, make sure that the "ON/OFF/ REV" switch is in the "OFF" position.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR ASSEMBLY

* Insert into the inlet holding the hood in one hand, rotate anticlockwise to tighten the
hood (Figure.1).
* Insert the feed screw to the hood, insert the feed screw by rotating slightly, holding
from the short end, until it fits on the motor body (Figure.2).
* Place the cutter blade on the feed screw shaft as shown in the figure such that the
blade shall face the front (Figure.3). If it is not inserted properly, the meat will not be
ground.
* Place the desired meat plate by inserting it on the dentation present at the slot on the
cutter blade (Figure.4).
* Support or press on the center of the cutter plate with your hand and then screw the
fixation cap with your under hand until it tightens (Figure.5). Do not over-tighten.
* Place the food tray at the food entry point of the hood and fixate.
* Place the appliance on a stable place.
* The bottom and back-side air inlet of the motor body should be left free and should not
be clogged.
MEAT GRINDING PROCESS
* Divide all the food into pieces (thin, boneless and non-fat meat is recommended, average
size: 20 mm x 20 mm x 60 mm) thereby, they will easily fit into the hopper inlet.
* Plug the appliance in (15) turn the "ON/REV" switch to "ON" position (14).
* Press ON button among the triple combination buttons (13) present on the top part of
the appliance. Your appliance shall start to operate.
* To stop the appliance or in case of emergency, press OFF button.
