Do not immerse the motor unit in water or other liquids;
clean it with a damp cloth.
This machine is not suitable for juicing cereals or sugar
cane.

ASSEMBLY
- Place the main unit (6) on a flat and stable surface.
- Place the chamber (5), fitting it to motor unit (6) as shown in Fig B). Ensure that the parts they fit securely.
- Place the filter (4) in the chamber, then lock it in postion on the base of the chamber (Fig. C).
- Insert the auger (3) inside the filter (4), making sure it is securely anchored to the base (Fig. D).
NOTE: The squeezing chamber (5) is equipped with a
rubber plug which is mounted on the base. Make sure
the plug is inserted BEFORE USE (as shown in Figure
B). At the same time, remove the rubber plug (Fig. A)
during cleaning to remove any residue that may be
deposited inside the chamber.
- Place the cover (2) on the chamber and turn it clockwise to lock it in place
(see the arrow on the motor housing for reference as shown on Figure E).
CAUTION: If the top cover (2) has not been properly locked, the device
doesn't work.
- Place the round tray and the food presser (19 over the lid (2). Put juice
collector (7) in correspondence of the outlet nozzle of juice; then place pulp
jug (7) under the output pulp spout.
- The slow juicer is assembled and ready for use (Fig. F).
FIRST USE
Install the appliance several times without plugging it or adding any fruits or vegetables. Follow these steps to
practice with the unit. Carefully wash all the parts that will come in touch with food such as the two
containers, the chamber, the lid, the micro-mesh filter and the auger. Other accessories with electrical parts,
such as the main unit, must be cleaned with a damp cloth and dry immediately.
