There may be insufficient quantity of oil in the
hydraulic cylinder. Fill the oil tank.
Air in the hydraulic system. Purge the hydraulic

There may be excessive quantity of oil in the press.

Remove the excess of oil
The valves may not close completely. Lift the arm
of the device a couple of times without any load
and then lower it.
Moving elements are not lubricated. Distorted

elements of the transmission system of the arm.
The release valve is not completely closed.
Close the release valve.
