Instructions for use
Warning: Do not use charcoal or similar combustible materials in this device.
Dishes made of fl ammable or non-heat-resistant materials, e.g. plastics, should not be placed inside the product.
Do not store accessories other than those supplied with the product in the oven.
The oven must be kept closed at all times when in use.
If the glass in the oven door is damaged, replace it with a new one before continuing to use the oven. It is forbidden to use the
oven with damaged door glass.
It is recommended that the tray is always inserted above the lower heater. This will prevent the heater from becoming dirty, reduc-
ing the risk of fi re and also facilitating the maintenance of the oven interior.
Do not place food in the oven which will fi ll its entire interior. Food should not come into contact with the heaters throughout the
preparation process. The heater heats up to a very high temperature. If the hot heater comes into contact with food, it may cause
a fi re. It must be taken into account that food may increase in volume during heat treatment, e.g. dough during baking.
Make sure that the food attached to the rotisserie can rotate freely inside the oven. Food must not get caught on the heater during
rotation.
The inside of the oven heats up to a very high temperature, and special care must be taken when removing the grate, tray or
the rotisserie. Use the handles supplied with the product, wear heat protective gloves. First make sure you have a place where
you can lay down the hot accessory which you removed from the oven, and only then open the oven door and remove the food
accessory.
The outer surfaces of the oven can become hot, caution is advised when using the oven. Open the door by grasping the handle
only. Use protective gloves.
WARNING! The oven may be hot after use. Do not touch it, as it may cause severe burns. Wait until it has cooled down.
After operation, disconnect the oven from the power source by pulling the plug out of the power socket, and then allow it to cool
down by itself. The oven cools down very slowly, this process should not be accelerated, e.g. by air cooling or by immersion in
water or other liquids.
Make sure to check that the fl oor near the oven is not slippery. This will avoid slipping which may cause serious injury.
Product maintenance instructions
Caution! Due to the fact that the product is used in the preparation of food, maintenance works must be carried out immediately
after the end of operation. Only proper maintenance will ensure the right level of hygiene.
Be sure to check before carrying out maintenance works that the power cord of the product has been unplugged from the socket.
The maintenance works on the product may only be carried out after it has cooled down completely.
Do not immerse the oven in water or any other liquid, do not wash under running water.
Do not clean the oven with metal dishwashers or brushes. Wires broken from these cleaning tools may cause a short circuit if they
come into contact with the electrical parts of the oven.
USING THE PRODUCT
Control panel
The oven has knobs and an indicator light.
The illumination of the indicator light marked "POWER" means that the oven is operating. The timer measures the set time, and
the oven thermostat automatically regulates the set temperature.
The knob marked "TEMP" is used for stepless temperature control within the range specifi ed in the technical data table. The
temperature scale around the knob makes it easy to set the temperature. The oven is equipped with a thermostat which automat-
ically adjusts the temperature according to the knob setting throughout the timer's operation. If the oven is warmed up and then a
lower temperature is set you will have to wait until the temperature automatically drops to the set level. The oven does not have
any heat-reduction support systems. Due to the temperature inertia, small deviations between the set temperature and the actual
temperature inside the oven are possible, which is a normal occurrence.
The knob marked "MODE" allows you to select which heater should be on: upper, lower, both or none. Each setting is marked with
a corresponding graphic symbol. Setting the knob to "OFF" will cause both heaters to stop working. This means that the oven will
not start to heat up even after the temperature and time have been set.
The knob marked "CONVECTION/ROTISSERIE" is used to select additional oven functions. It is possible to set a forced air cir-
culation (the so-called fan assistance), rotisserie operation or a combination of both. Each setting is marked with a corresponding
graphic symbol. Setting the knob to "OFF" will cause all additional functions to remain inactive.
The knob marked "TIMER" allows you to set the oven operating time in the range specifi ed in the technical data table. Setting the
knob for any time will start the oven operation in the mode set with the other knobs. Throughout the entire timer operation period,
the oven interior is illuminated by a built-in light. Setting the knob to "OFF" will stop the oven operation.
