MAINTENANCE AND CARE

Before any maintenance it is necessary to cut off power supply.
The equipment should not be cleaned using any abrasive materials, steel sponges and
brushes, pricking and cutting items, aggressive chlorine-containing cleaning agents,
gasoline, acids, alkalies and solvents.
Demountable equipment assemblies should not be washed in a dishwasher.
Equipment cleaning is performed as follows:
1. Remove the glass from the motor unit and splash it with compressed water to remove large
remnants of food.
2. Place the glass on the motor unit. Fill the glass with 1-1.5 cups of warm soapy water, close
the cover and turn on the blender at high speed for a few seconds.
3. Remove the glass from the motor unit and splash thoroughly with clean water. If necessary,
repeat the procedure.
4. Wipe the motor unit with a clean wet sponge or cloth.
If the equipment is not to be operated for a long time (days off, holidays, etc.), it should
be de-energized and thoroughly cleaned.
SAFETY
1. Equipment installation and connection to the electricity mains shall be performed by skilled
professionals only.
2. To connect monophase equipment, a three-wire circuit with grounding shall be used.
3. The equipment is not intended for outdoor use.
4. The equipment shall be installed on a stable support 800-900 mm in height with flat level
surface. The surface shall be dry and clean. The support must withstand the weight of the
equipment.
5. The equipment must be installed away from heat sources (electric burners, gas burners,
radiators, etc.).
6. To ensure good ventilation, the distance between the equipment and the wall or any
adjacent structures shall be at least 5 cm.
7. The operation staff shall ensure that the electric cable is not hanging over the edge of the
support and it is away from sharp, hot objects and open flame. Do not twist or deform the
cord. In the course of de-energizing, do not pull the cord, always take the plug. Do not take
the cable and the male connector with wet hands. It is prohibited to steep the plug and cord
in water or any other liquid. It is not allowed to switch on the equipment with a broken
power cord and plug.
8. As for extra safety, the equipment is equipped with a short power cord. This minimizes the
risk that the cord may hang over the edge of the support, and that the user may be caught in
the cord, stumble over it or accidentally pull it. To avoid electric shock, injuries and
equipment damages, the use of extension cords is strongly discouraged.
9. The equipment is designed for grating, mixing, and fluffing up various food products. The
equipment shall not be used for any purposes other than intended.
10. Do not turn on the equipment if the glass is not set in the operating position.
ATTENTION! If the glass is installed incorrectly, the equipment cannot be switched
on. Make sure the glass is firmly fixed on the motor unit.
11. It is not allowed to turn on the equipment idly (i.e. with an empty glass).
12. It is not allowed to put metal objects (knives, forks, spoons, etc.) in the glass.
