CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
WARNING!
• Before each cleaning of the appliance, unplug the power cord from the electrical outlet!
• Make sure the appliance has cooled before handling it!
• To clean the surface of the appliance, use only a damp cloth, no detergents or hard objects, as they can damage the
surface of the appliance!
• Never clean the appliance under running water, do not rinse it or immerse it in water!
We recommend cleaning the drain tap
When cleaning the drain tap, we recommend unscrewing the drain lever.
1. Remove the lever by turning it counter-clockwise.
2. Wash the drain lever with a mild soap solution.
3. Rinse it in clean water.
4. Allow the mild soap solution to flow through the drain tap. Use detergent on
stubborn dirt inside the tap.
5. Then rinse it under clean water.
6. Put the drain lever back on the drain tap.
Descaling
During normal use, deposition of impurities from the water occurs. Use commercially available descaling agents to
clean them (follow the manufacturer's instructions). After descaling, rinse the appliance with clean water.
RECOMMENDATION
• Wrap the cable around the spool and insert the plug into the holder in the centre of the appliance base.
• Store the jars with fruits in a cool, dry place.

qualified specialist or the service centre.
