Children have suffered head injuries, including skull fractures, after falling with or
from booster seats.
• Before each use, check that product is securely attached to adult chair.
• Always use restraints until child is able to get in and out of product without help
(about 2½ years old). Adjust to fit snugly.
• Never use this product on a stool or bench that does not have a seat back.
• Never allow child to push away from table.
• Never lift and carry child in product.
• Stay near and watch child during use.
• Use only with a child who has enough upper body control to sit up unassisted.
Prevent serious injury or death.
• Do not use in motor vehicles.
