SSEMBLING ACCESSORIES
- Check that the upper power outlet hood
(A1) is closed
- Position the bowl unit on the lower power
outlet (A3). Turn, using the handle, until
locked in position.
- Place the lid (B2) on the bowl, then turn until
locked in position (you will hear a click). The
lip of the lid fits into the lid locking slot (A4)

SAGE AND HINTS
- Put in the food cut into chunks.
- Set the speed to «1» (A6) turn the button (A8)
to start. For greater control use the pulse
button (A7).
With these disks you can prepare:
. Large holes - purees (up to 1kg of cooked
fruit or vegetables): potatoes, carrots,
cauliflower, apricots, peaches
. Medium holes - fruit coulis (up to 500g)
tomatoes, grapes (according to model)
. Small holes - fruit coulis (up to 500g)
strawberries, raspberries, gooseberries,
cherries..

LEANING THE MAXI
- Holding the handle of the bowl, unlock the
crown (H4) of the extractor disk (H2) and
leave it in place.
- Remove the extractor disk / pallet / crown
unit
- Remove the crown and rinse the unit under
a tap before disassembling.
- Take the pallet (H1) with one hand, and hold
the nut (H3) with the other
- Twist firmly to separate

Cleaning
- Unplug the appliance
- Remove the bowl by turning it anti-clockwise
- To make cleaning easier, rinse them straight
after use
- Wash and dry the accessories (they are all
dishwasher proof except for the drive for the
whisks (F1)).
- If the accessories have become discoloured
by food (carrots, oranges...) rub gently with a
cloth dipped in cooking oil, and then wash as
normal.
- Do not place the motor unit (A) nor the drive
for the whisks (F1) in water or near running
water. Wipe them with a damp cloth.
Storage
The Ovatio food processor has:
- a storage accessory (M) which fits inside the
bowl/drive (B3). You can store the grating/
slicing disks (E2), the disk stand (E1), the
metal blade (D1) and the spindle (C).
- a cord winding facility under the motor unit to
store the mains lead and to regulate it's length.
What to do if your appliance
does not work
Check:
. that it is properly plugged in
. that the accessories are properly lock on
to the motor unit.
. that the lids are secured properly
. when using the processor bowl that
the upper power outlet hood (A1) is
properly closed.
. that no food is obstructing the movement
of the pallet (H1).
