CCESSORIES USED
- Processor bowl (B) and whisk (F)

SSEMBLING THE ACCESSORIES
- Check that the upper power outlet hood
(A1) is closed.
- Place the bowl/drive (B3) on to the motor unit
lower power outlet (A3). Turn using the handle
until it locks into place.
- Place the whisk (F) on to the processor bowl
drive (B4).
- Place the ingredients into the bowl
- Place the lid (B2) on to the bowl and turn until
you hear it click into position. The spur on the
lid sticks out of the base of the lid locking slot
(A4)

SAGE AND HINTS
- Set the speed from «1 to 5» (A6) depending
on the type of good and turn the button (A8)
to start.
- Never use this whisk to knead dough or
to mix cake mixtures.
You can use it to prepare: mayonnaise, aioli,
sauces, egg whites, meringues (1 - 7 egg
whites), whipped cream (up to 0.5l)
GRATING/SLICING

Depending on the type of food the grating/
slicing disks (E) can chop up to 1kg.

slicing disks (E).

SSEMBLING THE ACCESSORIES
- Check that the upper power outlet hood
(A1) is properly closed.
- Place the Processor bowl and drive (B3) on
to the motor unit lower power outlet (A3).
Turn it using the handle until it locks into
position.
- Fit the disk required (E2) on to the disk stand
(E1).
- Place the spindle(C) on to the drive(B4) and
place the disk stand (E1) on top.
- Place the lid (B2) on the bowl and turn until
you hear it clicks into position. The spur on
the lid sticks out of the base of the lid locking
slot (A4)

SAGE AND HINTS
- Put food in through the feeder tube using the
pusher (B1)
- Set the speed from «2 - 5» (A6) and turn the
button (A8) to start.
The slicing/grating disks can:
. slice thickly (H) - potatoes, onions...
. slice thinly (D) - cucumbers, beetroot, apples,
carrots, cabbage...
. coarsley grate (C) - celeriac, potatoes...
. finely grate (A) - carrots, cheese...
CITRUS PRESS

The citrus press (G) allows you to make up to
1l of juice.

SSEMBLING THE ACCESSORIES
- Check that the upper power outlet hood
(A1) is closed.
- Place the bowl/drive (B3) on to the motor unit
lower power outlet (A3). Turn it using the
handle until it locks into position.
- Place the drive (G3) on to the bowl drive
(B4).
- Fit the filter basket (G2) by turning it until it
locks into place. The spur on the filter basket
sticks out of the base of the lid locking slot
(A4)
- Fit the cone (G1) into the hole in the filter
basket.

SAGE AND HINTS
- Place half a citrus fruit on to the cone (G1)
- Set the speed to «1» (A6) and turn the button
(A8) to start the machine.
You can press up to 1l of juice without emptying
the bowl.
GRINDING, MASHING, EXTRACTING JUICE
Depending on the food the «M
can deal with up to 1kg of cooked vegeta-bles
or 500g fruit (stoned).

SSEMBLING THE EXTRACTOR DISK
UNIT
- Take pallet (H1)
- Place the required extractor disk on the
pallet (H1) then position the nut (H3) in the
centre and press down until it clicks into
locked position.
- Position the spindle (C) on the bowl drive
(B4)
- Slide the extractor disk / pallet unit on to the
