Grasp inner tube and press quick

Pull out inner tube
Place ring spanner or ratchet span-

Insert bolt into cross hole
Clean inner tube and grease
on 3 sides
Do not grease the side facing
the shaft!
When inner tube has become
subject to wear and tear, reset
grub screw of the safety lever
Tips for professionals
• use quick clamping column only on a
firm and stable base
• secure the load horizontally
• max. load of 500 kg
• replace inner tube in good time in the
event of damage or wear and tear
• use only original replacement parts
Warning
The quick clamping column can bear 500 kg
only when the load is properly secured at the
sides. In the case of loads which are not secu-
red at the sides, a load of only 125 kg is per-
missible. The load must always be secured by
pinning the inner tube with the bolt.
