FIRST USE

Before using your appliance for the
first time, clean the accessories in

• Use your hand mixer to make light
mixtures: mayonnaise, whisked egg
whites, sauces, light sponge cake
mixture, pancake batter, etc.
• Do not use it for more than 1 minute
for heavier mixtures.
The plastic whisks ( ( D D ) ) are especially
recommended for preparations in
non-stick containers and for a quieter
operation.
1 1 . . Check that the speed selector ( ( B B ) ) is
set at "0".
2 2 . . Insert the plastic safety disk in the
correct direction ( ( f f i i g g . . 1 1 ) ) .

Use the metal whisks for this recipe.
250 ml rapeseed oil
250 ml olive oil
3 large tbsp mild mustard

holes and lock ( ( f f i i g g . . 1 1 ) ) . The whisks
must be placed as shown in figure 1.
Both whisks must be of the same
length. The "click" indicates that the
accessories are correctly in place.
4 4 . . Use identical pairs of accessories.
5 5 . . A deep bowl should be used for
mixing.
6 6 . . Turn on the appliance selecting the
speed using the control ( ( B B ) ) .
7 7 . . After turning off the appliance, set to
"0" position and:
- Push the eject button ( ( B B ) ) forward to
eject the whisks ( ( f f i i g g . . 2 2 ) ) .
- Then remove the safety disk ( ( f f i i g g . . 2 2 ) ) .
4 tbsp vinegar balsamic vinegar
6 tbsp vinegar raspberry vinegar
Salt and pepper
Put all ingredients in a bowl.
Mix at the maximum speed for 1minute.
