LIMITED WARRANTY
Owlet warrants that this Baby Monitor will be free from defects in materials and workmanship,
under normal use and service, for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase as
established by the purchase receipt. This Limited Warranty is only available to the original
purchaser of this Owlet Baby Monitor.
At its option, Owlet may repair or replace the defective Baby Monitor or defective component
part(s) in accordance with the terms of this Limited Warranty Period. The replacement unit
will be warranted only for the unexpired period of the original Monitor's Applicable Warranty
Period. This Limited Warranty does not apply if the Owlet Baby Monitor has been damaged
as a result of misuse, modifications or improper maintenance. This Limited Warranty is the
only Warranty for this Owlet Baby Monitor. No one is authorized to make any other warranty
on behalf of this Monitor. Some states or Countries do not allow limitations on how long an
implied warranty lasts or for the exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, so these
limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This Limited Warranty gives you specific legal
rights, and you may also have other rights depending on the laws of your State or Country.

By using this Owlet Baby Monitor, the user agrees and affirms that Owlet Baby Care Inc.
including its agents, employees, investors and members shall not be held liable for any loss,
damage, or injury arising in connection with the use or operation of the Owlet Baby Monitor
regardless of cause.
By using this Owlet Baby Monitor, the user agrees and affirms that any dispute arising out of
its use or operation shall be brought in and heard by the Third Judicial District Court of Salt
Lake County, State of Utah, USA.

The Owlet Monitor is meant for healthy babies; therefore, the alarm thresholds on the
Owlet Monitor are not as stringent as a medical monitor.
Remember:
• Do not use Owlet as a diagnostic tool
• Do not use Owlet if your doctor recommends the use of a hospital pulse oximeter
• Do not use Owlet if your doctor recommends the use of a hospital apnea monitor
• Do not use Owlet as an excuse for unsafe sleep habits

safety messages in this manual and in the Owlet Baby Care App. Always read and obey all
safety messages.
This symbol is used in this manual as an indication of Important Safety
Information! All safety messages will follow the safety alert symbol and either the
word "DANGER", "WARNING", "CAUTION" OR "NOTICE". These words mean:
DANGER = An imminently hazardous situation that will result in death or serious injury.
WARNING = A potentially hazardous situation that could result in death or serious injury
and/or damage to property.
CAUTION = A potentially hazardous situation that my result in minor or moderate injury.
