Correctly position Sock and Sensors
Make sure that the sensor band falls about a centimeter, or a pinky width, behind where the small toe meets the foot.
This is the zone for best readings. Pick a fabric sock size that keeps the electronics within this zone. If the electronics
cover part of the toes, move to a bigger sock size.

the bottom flat part of the foot .
Guidelines to not over tighten
It is very important to not over tighten, If you notice red marks or pressure marks from the sock or sensor band, the
sock is strapped too tight. Tips for a proper fit: After fully adjusting the sock, make sure the velcro hook falls towards
the middle of the velcro pad. If any velcro is exposed on the bottom edge, indicating too small of a sock, go up a bigger
sock size. If the back strap is not long enough to tuck into the strap loop go up a bigger sock size.
