Function Setting
Options
CCD Control–Turns closed captioning on and
off. When this option is turned on, you can set:
• Mode–CC1, CC2, CC3, CC4, TEXT1,
TEXT2, TEXT3, TEXT4, XDS, and CCD
OFF.
• Display–Box and Shadow
Color System–Can only be changed in AV
mode.
OSD Language–Selects the language for the
OSD. You can select:
English
French
Spanish
Blank–Displays a black screen when the
channel you are tuned to does not have a
signal.
Transparency–Switches the OSD
background from transparent to
non-transparent.
Advanced–Adjusts additional picture options.
You can select:
Noise Reduce–Eliminates video noise to
provide a clear picture.
MADI (Motion Adaptive
De-interlacing)–Eliminates excess video
signals to provide a clear image.
Film mode–Truthfully reproduces the film
source.
LADI (Low Angle Diagonal
Interpolation)–Smoothes out angles and
curves to provide a clear image.
