• Never repair a fuse or bypass the fuse holder. Always replace a damaged fuse
with a fuse of the same type and electrical specifications!
• In the event of serious operating problems, stop using the appliance and contact
your dealer immediately.
• Please use the original packing when the device is to be transported.
• Due to safety reasons it is prohibited to make unauthorized modifications to the
unit.
INSTALLATION GUIDELINES:
• Install the unit in a well-ventilated location where it will not be exposed to high
temperatures or humidity.
• Placing and using the unit for long periods near heat-generating sources such as
amplifiers, spotlights, etc. will affect its performance and may even damage the
unit.
• When installed in a booth or flight case, please make sure to have good ventilation
to improve heat evacuation of the unit.
• To avoid condensation to be formed inside, allow the unit to adapt to the
surrounding temperatures when bringing it into a warm room after transport.
Condense sometimes prevents the unit from working at full performance.
CLEANING THE APPLIANCE:
Clean by wiping with a polished cloth slightly dipped with water. Avoid getting water
inside the unit. Do not use volatile liquids such as benzene or thinner which will
damage the unit.
CONNECTIONS
Except for microphones and headphone, all connections are cinch. Use good quality
cinch-cinch cables to prevent bad audio quality. (example: JB Systems code: 2-0370)
For more information on connections, please refer to the next chapter.
Be sure to turn off the mixer before you make changes to the different connections.
In this manual we talk about "line inputs". This is a global name for inputs with a level
between 750mV and 2V. This includes tuners, videos, CD-players, etc.

1. Power (Power ON/OFF switch): Used to turn on the power of the mixer.
2. VU-meters: Used to monitor the level of the different audio signals. With the
channel faders you can change the input level of each connected audio source.
Make sure the levels do not exceed 0dB (or 100%). The audio risks to be
distorted when the signal level comes in the red zone of the VU-meter. You can
also use the VU-meter to compare the signal level of the input channels with that
of the master output.
3. Equalizer on/off switch: Used to switch the 3band equalizer on and off. The
equalizer works on the mixed output signal.
4. Equalizer controls: When the equalizer is switched on, you can use these 3
faders to change the audio to your personal taste.
5. Echo on/off switch: Used to switch the internal echo effect on and off. The echo
effect works on the mixed output signal.
6. Echo level control: Used to control the level of the echo signal that will be mixed
with the original. Use it to make the perfect balance between the original and the
effect signal.
7. Echo repeat control: Used to control the feedback or number of echoes you
want to create. Together with the delay time (8) you will be able to create the
echo you desire.
8. Echo Delay time: With this control you can set the length of the delay time.
Together with the repeat time (7) you will be able to create the echo you desire.
9. Cue selector: Used to select the source you want to monitor. You can listen to
any input channel while its channel fader is closed.
10. Cue level: Used to control the output level of the headphone output.
