9. Do not put the appliance close to sources of heat.
10. The hair clipper must not be immersed in water or
sprinkled,
11. Do not ever use the hair clipper when wet, with wet
hands or close to showers, water in the tub, washba-
sin or other containers. When the device is used in
the bathroom, disconnect it after use, as closeness
of water is hazardous even when the device is swit-
ched off,
12. The device is intended only for household use.
13. Do not use in open air.
14. Clean the device after each use.
15. Always disconnect the device from the mains before
cleaning and maintenance, in case of abnormal ope-
ration and after its use.
16. Do not use with a broken or otherwise damaged
comb, due to risk of injury.
17. Do not remove combs when the appliance is being
operated. To replace the comb, switch off the device
and disconnect the cord from the mains.
18. Do no use when unusual symptoms occur while ope-
rating the device: smoke, strange odour or unusual
sounds. The device should be checked by a specia-
list.
19. Use the unit only with the original accessories that
are provided with it.
20. Check regularly whether the power supply cord and
the whole device are not damaged. The device must
not be switched on if any damages are found. If the
power cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the
Service of the Manufacturer to prevent hazardous si-
