For your safety
The cutting path must be free of obstacles both
above and below.
When the cut is completed, switch off the ma-
chine and then pull the saw blade out of the cut
only after it has come to a standstill (danger of
kick-back).
Do not brake the saw blade to a stop by apply-
ing side pressure after switching off.
Use only sharp, flawless saw blades. Change
cracked, bent or dull saw blades immediately.
Never allow children to use the machine.
Chips or splinters may not be removed while
the motor is running.
Plunge cutting is only possible in soft materials
(wood, light building materials for walls); for
hard materials (metals), a hole must be drilled
that is sufficiently sized to accommodate the
saw blade.
Hold the power tool by the insulated gripping
surfaces when performing operations where
the application tool could contact hidden
wires. Contact with a "live" wire will also make
exposed metal parts of the power tool "live"
and shock the operator.
When working with the machine, always hold
it firmly with both hands and provide for a se-
cure stance. The power tool is guided more se-
cure with both hands.
Secure the workpiece. workpiece clamped with
clamping devices or in a vice is held more se-
cure than by hand.
Always wait until the machine has come to a
complete stop before placing it down. The tool
insert can jam and lead to loss of control over
the power tool.
Before carrying out any work on the tool itself,
during pauses in the work and when not in use,
disconnect the air supply.
Use only original Würth parts and accesso-
ries.
