Electrical installation

All electrical connections must be undertaken by a qualified electrician.
The installation must be protected by a residual current device.
Connect the pump motor via the pump automation cabinet, see connection diagram below. Check the pump motor marking
plate for correct connection. Check that the pump motor is connected with the correct direction of rotation (see direction of
rotation arrow on the pump motor). If the pump motor is connected the wrong direction of rotation, it may damage the pump.
Make sure that the motor protective circuit breaker in the automation cabinet is set in accordance with the rated current of the
pump motor. An appropriate setting value is rated current + approx. 10%. E.g.: if the marking plate states 4A, the motor
protective circuit breaker is to be set to 4.4A.
NB The pump must never be started without being filled with water.
