Profile cylinders must be used in combination with a suitable
security fitting according to EN 1303, DIN 18252 or VdS
standards. If the cylinder does not have its own drill and
pulling protection, the cylinder must be used with a corres-
ponding security fitting that has integrated drill and pulling
protection.
If the cylinder that you are using is certified according to
these standards, you should be able to recognise these
standards by the marking/ labelling (EN 1303, DIN 18252 or
VdS) located somewhere on the cylinder, otherwise contact
the specialist store from which you bought the product.
