7. Connect the bare copper ground to the ground
screw in the pressure switch. Connect the
power supply to the 2 open terminals. Turn Big
Spring #1 to raise cut on and off pressure.
Pull excess power cord through switch until
tight and then replace pressure switch cover on
pump (A).
8. Plug cord of pump (A) into wall for 15
seconds. If pump (A) doesn't run, check fan
cover for dents. If there are dents, remove fan
cover from pump (A). Correct dent, replace
fan cover, and plug cord back into wall.
9. Wrap thread tape on union, tee, foot valve,
and pressure gauge (all sold separately).
10. Thread union, tee, and foot valve onto pump
(A) where appropriate, then tighten until air
tight. Any leaks in intake pipe will not allow
pump to prime.
a. Connect assembly to union threaded hole
on pump (A). Put thread tape on male part.
b. Thread on check valve (sold separately).
