Notes on safety
1. Do not step on the deck
Sitting on or stepping on the decks is not allowed.
2. Do not jump from the edge of the pool.
Forbid jumping and diving into the water from the deck or nearby sun
terraces and similar. This can lead to injuries
3. Do not use The pool alone.
A 2 person should always be present, who can help in case of injuries

and dangerous situations.
4. Always supervise children at the pool.
Children quickly underestimate the dangers to themselves associated
with the pool. For this reason, never allow children near or in the pool
unattended.
5. Do not fool about on and in the pool.
In contact with water, surfaces can quickly become slippery and thus
lead to slipping onto or into the pool.
6. Illuminating the pool at night.
When you use the pool at night you should ensure that the pool and
its environment are sufficiently illuminated, in order to allow the depths
and dangers to be correctly estimated.
7. Limiting access to the pool.
Ensure that the ladder of the pool is removed in case of non-use of the
swimming pool. This includes objects which are capable of providing
assistance in climbing. The best thing is to secure your pool by setting
up a lockable fence around the pool. A covering tarpaulin, which is
available as an accessory, can also prevent falling in.
8. Do not take alcohol or other drugs.
The restriction and/or change of perception and other effects on the
body through the ingestion of alcohol and other drugs, mean that such
activity is incompatible with the use of the pool.
9. Pay attention to cleanliness and hygiene.
Your filter system removes solid, suspended particles from the
water. However you should treat the water in order to destroy health-
endangering bacteria and to prevent algae formation. Unhygienic
water is a health risk.
10. Caution in the use of electrical devices.
Caution in the use of electrical devices near the pool (danger of death
through electric shock).
11. No use of the pool when the pump is running.
12. Consider also these general swimming regulations:
• Cool down before you enter the water.
• Leave the water immediately if you get cold.
• Go swimming only if you are feeling well.
• If you cannot swim, go into the water up to stomach level only.
• Jump into the water only if it is deep enough and can be seen to be free.
• Do not overestimate your strength and your ability.
• Never call for assistance when you are not in any real danger,
however, help others when they require assistance.
• Airbeds, car inner-tubes or rubber toys do not offer you any security.
• Do not dive underneath another person.
• In case of thunderstorms, swimming can be life-endangering. Leave
the water immediately.
• Do not endanger anybody through jumping into the water.
• Keep the water and its environment clean. Dispose of any waste in
the garbage can.
• Never swim with a very full or very empty stomach
13. Get familiar with the general rescue regulations
14. Technical installation.
The technology box is located directly near the pool. However, the
transformer must be covered and located at a distance of 3.50 m from
the pool. It must be protected against splashed water. Lock the door
of the technology box with e.g. a padlock, so that children and other
unauthorized persons cannot gain admission.
What is to be considered in case of goods
return?
For reasons of liability, the goods must be stored at the property
boundary. Pack in a stable package which you have bundled together,
at best with two or three ropes or belts (according to goods length) at
equal separation distances.
The original transverse underlays should also be placed at uniform
separation distances under the goods, in a perpendicular direction.
Complaints
Before the assemby, an item number check-control should be
implemented on the basis of the parts list. Should anything be missing
or if anything should be damaged, then this must be complained about
immediately, so that, where necessary, a replacement can be supplied.
The best thing is to record this on the parts list.
In addition, please always provide the control number of the check-
control document of the product in case of any complaints.
Also, in case of questions to the manufacturer, reference should always
be made to the list of materials and the control number.
After assembly of the pool, complaints which refer to missing or
damaged parts can no longer be considered.
In case of color change, knots falling out, distortion, non-continuous
cracks up to 30 cm length, resin gall or similar changes, which are
included in the natural properties of wood, no valid reason for complaint
exists. A distortion of the door (e.g. technology box) is acceptable as
long as the function is guaranteed.
Complaints which are caused through:
• Utilization of the material not corresponding to our directions.
• Damage due to inappropriate processing during and after the
assembly works.
• Inappropriate foundations and ground preparation.
• Wind strength above Force 7, natural catastrophes or other violent
events.
• Own changes to the pool.
Pumps: Electric problems are covered by a two-year warranty period,
within the framework of normal conditions.
The following are not covered by the guarantee:
• Damage through abrasion or corrosion
• Damage due to an incorrect connection
• Material removed or repaired through third parties
• Through breakage of components (pump base, covering of the
upstream suction filter, grooved placement ...)
Film: Two-year warranty period within the framework of the normal
conditions.
The following are not covered by the guarantee:
• Surface damage, holes, cracks, spots (treatment agents added
directly into the water), stability of the color and wear due to the friction
of the material on different surfaces.
• Deformation of a film which has remained for more than 24 hours
without water (you must never empty your pool completely).
Filter:
The following components are not provided with any guarantee:
• Under-trough
• Drain plug
• Ring of the multiway valve
Wood structure: 2 Year guarantee against blue stain and insect
infestation.
This guarantee does not include the following:
• Changes in color of the wood due to climatic influences.
• Natural deformations (splitting, cracking etc.).
• Deformation of wooden beams through the water pressure, which,
under no circumstances, have any impairing effects on the mechanical
strength of the pool.
• Incorrect maintenance for the conservation of the existing wood
quality.
• Incorrect wood preservation coat.
