Building The Meteor Rocket™

These parts are included in your kit:
1 Nose cone
1 Foam tape
2 Red plastic film
1 Plastic bottle (1 liter)
3 Foam fins
1 Rubber Stopper (fueling module part)
1 Silver Adhesive Sheet
1 Fin holder
1 Fin template
1 Clear tubing (fueling module part)
1 Instruction manual
You will need:
Baking soda (1 pound box)
Measuring cup & spoon
Vinegar (1 quart)
Scissors
Glue (plastic glue or white household cement)
Scotch tape
Craft knife (optional)
Ruler
Construction Supplies
To assemble The Meteor Rocket™ you will need
scissors and glue. Plastic glue is best, but you can also
use white household cement. Scotch tape and a sharp
hobby knife are useful but not essential.
Fuel
The Meteor Rocket™ is powered by carbon dioxide
gas that forms from the chemical reaction of baking
soda and vinegar. A one pound box of baking soda and
a quart of vinegar from the grocery store will provide
enough fuel for several launches.
