CAUTIONS:
1. Inspect all parts for possible damage before assembling.
If there is any damage - DO NOT USE. Contact dealer/
carrier for further instructions.
2. Make sure that the height adjusting pushbuttons fully
extend through the same corresponding hole of each
leg extension. This ensures that the leg extensions are
securely locked in place at an even height.
3. Check fit and tightness of all nuts, bolts and knobs
WEEKLY to ensure that the commode is stable and safe
to use.
4. Make sure the rubber tips are in place on the leg
extensions and not ripped, worn or missing. Replace
any missing or damaged tips.
5. The rubber tips of all four leg extensions MUST touch
the floor simultaneously at all times.
6. Users with limited physical strength should be
supervised or assisted while using commode.
7. Use the armrest for assistance only. DO NOT use the
armrests to support full body weight.
8. Always use caution when floor is wet. Ensure armrest
handles are dry before use.
9. The platform seat must be securely attached to the frame
prior to use. Failure to do so may result in injury or
damage to the commode.
10. This product should not be used without instruction
from a healthcare professional.
11. NEVER stand on commode
NOTE: To maintain appearance and promote good hygiene,
clean periodically with mild soap and rinse with warm
water. Let commode dry thoroughly after cleaning. Never
use organic solvents, abrasive cleaners or scouring pads
on any part of commode.

AND HEED THE ABOVE WARNINGS FURTHER INCREASES
RISK OF SERIOUS INJURY. USE AT YOUR OWN RISK
