Refer to the Velleman® Service and Quality Warranty on the last pages of this manual.
Protect this device from shocks and abuse. Avoid brute force when operating the device.
Wear gloves, eye and ear protection when handling power tools.

Familiarise yourself with the functions of the device before actually using it.

All modifications of the device are forbidden for safety reasons. Damage caused by user modifications
to the device is not covered by the warranty.

Only use the device for its intended purpose. Using the device in an unauthorised way will void the
warranty.

Damage caused by disregard of certain guidelines in this manual is not covered by the warranty and
the dealer will not accept responsibility for any ensuing defects or problems.

Due to constant product improvements, the actual product appearance might differ from the shown



3. Description
This retractable awning provides protection from the wind and privacy from the neighbours' view at any
time of the day. The retractable design makes it easy to pull out and roll back into the cassette. With a
height of 1.60 m and a maximum width of 3 m you will transform any patio into a wind free lounge area.
4. Necessary Tools for Installation
Your GSSAW1 comes with following accessories:
1x cassette
1x supporting post
2x brackets
4x Ø 10x50 nylon plug + M6x60 hexagon wood screw + Ø 6 washer
4x Ø 10x50 nylon plug + M8x75 hexagon wood screw + Ø 8 washer
Please prepare following tools (not included) before installation:
1x tape measure
1x 10 mm spanner
1x 13 mm spanner
1x drill machine
1x 10 mm masonry drill bit
1x cross screwdriver
