Safety
This connection unit was developed, manufactured and tested in line with the appli-
cable safety standards. It corresponds to the state of the art.
Intended use
The CU405-2M12 connection unit enables the connection of an RSL 410 safety
sensor to fieldbus modules with M12 connectors in accordance with the specificati-
ons of the AIDA (Automatisierungs-Initiative deutscher Automobilisten = Automation
Initiative of German automobile manufacturers).

Observe intended use!
 Only operate the device in accordance with its intended use.
The protection of personnel and the device cannot be guaranteed if the device
is operated in a manner not complying with its intended use.
