• Only use hydraulic oil (Type HLP ISO VG 22) that has been approved by the manufacturer. Caution: Never use brake fluid.
• Maintenance and repair of the equipment must only be performed by qualified technical staff.
7. Air in the hydraulic system
There may be an air accumulation in the hydraulic system which may affect the performance of the Bottle jack. To tackle this kind of problem please proceed
as follows.
1. Open the discharge valve by turning the lever rod anticlockwise whilst simultaneously pumping with the lever (5-6 times).
2. Afterwards, pump the jack up to its maximal height before lowering it again. The hydraulic system is purged.
8. Disposal
The disposal of this equipment must be in accordance with the legislation the respective country.
All damaged, strongly worn out or improperly functioning devices HAVE TO BE TAKEN OUT OF OPERATION.
The repair of the equipment should be performed only by qualified technical staff.
