Montaggio componenti kit
Importante
Verificare, prima del montaggio, che
tutti i componenti risultino puliti e in
perfetto stato. Adottare tutte le precauzioni

necessarie per evitare di danneggiare
qualsiasi parte nella quale ci si trova ad
operare.

Durante il montaggio di componenti
in carbonio porre particolare attenzione al
serraggio delle viti di fissaggio. Serrare gli
elementi di fissaggio senza forzare
eccessivamente per evitare che il carbonio
si danneggi.

Posizionare il parafango posteriore in
carbonio (1) sul forcellone (H) e avvitare le
viti di fissaggio con frenafiletti pre-applicato
(A) munite di rosette (2).
Serrare le viti di fissaggio (A) alla coppia di
serraggio 5±10% Nm.
Inserire la ruota posteriore (C) sul perno
ruota.
Inserire la rondella conica (D) e la rosetta (E)
sul perno ruota.
Applicare sul dado (F) grasso Shell Gadus
S2 V220AD, serrare alla coppia di serraggio
176±5% Nm e montare il fermaglio (G).

Kit installation
Caution
Check that all components are clean
and in perfect condition before installation.
Adopt any precaution necessary to avoid
damages to any part of the motorcycle you
are working on.
Warning
When assembling carbon parts, take
special care when tightening fastening
screws. Tighten all fasteners without
forcing, so as to avoid any damage to
carbon parts.
Position carbon rear mudguard (1) onto
swingarm (H), apply threadlocker on
fastening screws (A), then screw them with
washers (2).
Tighten fastening screws (A) to a torque of
5±10% Nm.
Insert rear wheel (C) inside wheel shaft.
Insert taper washer (D) and washer (E)
inside wheel shaft.
Smear nut (F) with Shell Gadus S2 V220AD
grease, tighten to a torque of 176±5% Nm,
and fit clip (G).
