1.) General information
The Mini Pulley System is a compact, pre-assembled pulley system
often referred to as a „Haul Track" or „Pig Rig". This ultra-light
system with a 6:1 reduction ratio ensures easy lifting (Fig. 2). An
additional integrated rope clamp secures the load. Possible
applications include lifting and lowering injured persons (Fig. 3) in
combination with a rated back up device, tensioning systems such
as auxiliary ropeways or tensioning cords, and lifting light loads
such as equipment (Fig. 4).
Mini pulley systems can be used for all height as well as rescue
work in combination with a rated back up device. The use is not
limited to narrow or hard-to-reach areas or high structures. The set
includes a 23-metre long, robust SKYLOTEC micro-rope with a
working length of 4 metres, two Trilock DOUBLE carabiners and a
compact, practical transport bag (Fig. 1).
SAFETY
Read and follow all safety instructions carefully to avoid serious
injury or damage. The MINI PULLEY SYSTEM must be operated
properly. If there is a risk of falling, a second safety device is
required as the MINI PULLEY SYSTEM is not considered a safety
system as defined by the PPE Regulation.

2.) Use
• The max. rated load of 150 kg (WLL) must not be exceeded.
Overloading will damage the unit and may cause injury to the
user or others.
• Do not use any power-driven aids or tools to operate the MINI
PULLEY SYSTEM. It is designed for manual operation only.
• Avoid slack rope.
• Always close carabiners properly
• Do not knot load-bearing equipment
• Check the rope before use.
• Ensure that the rope locks securely.
• Pull the rope evenly to ensure smooth operation.
• If malfunctions occur, lower the load slowly to the ground and
check the system.
• Carry out regular maintenance and checks.
• Check the function of the pulley block before each use.
