14. Warranty
Resfri Air refrigerator is guaranteed against possible material
defects or manufacturing defects for a period of one year
(twelve months) from the date of issue of the certificate.
Resfri Air takes responsibility for repairing or replacing
components that are recognized as defective by our technical
department free of any charges, being them inside of the
warranty period.
If your equipment is defective during the warranty period,
immediately contact one of our distributors to repair the
problem.
If the problem cannot be solved at our distributor, the
equipment must be removed from the vehicle and sent to the
technical department at Resfri Air. They will check and replace
only the defective components.
After repaired and tested, the equipment will be returned
to the distributor, who will reinstall the refrigerator in your
vehicle.
Under no circumstances Resfri Air will exchange the equipment
for a new one only because of a defective component.

tHiS WaRRanty doES not CovER tHE FolloWinG itEMS:
a) Damages caused by accidents;
b) Cut or damaged electric wiring;
c) Electronic unit with any violation signs;
d) Any component in which the label with the date of
manufacturing /assembling is violated;
e) Use of non-original Resfri Ar parts and repairing in
unauthorized workshops or technicians;
f) Conditions of use considered inappropriate;
g) Perforations in the structure;
h) Evaporator with perforation by sharp objects;
i) Use of the refrigerator in situations not specified in this manual;
The components not covered by the warranty, may be repaired
by Resfri Ar´s Authorized Technical Assistance upon the prior
approval of the budget by the customer.
