DETOX JUICE
Ingredients
3 plums, stoned
100g red grapes
50g strawberries
1 orange, peeled
1 chunk of ginger root
HEALTHY VEGETABLE JUICE
Ingredients
2 heads of broccoli
2 celery sticks
1 lemon
1 apple
2 carrots
1 handful of spinach
TROPICAL JUICE
Ingredients
1 kiwi, peeled
1/4 of a pineapple, peeled and sliced
6 strawberries
1 orange, peeled
1/2 mango, peeled and sliced
1/4 cup of coconut water
Juice all ingredients one by one.
Pour into a glass and serve immediately.
