Problem
The machine doesn't

No air is discharged
from air outlet
Possible Cause
Has the power cord been disconnected?
Is the room humidity lower than the setting humidity
data ?
Is the compressor under 3 minutes dealy start
protection status ?
Is the water tank full indication light is on (red color)?
(The water tank isfull or not at the right position.)
Is the temperature of the room above 35℃ or below
5℃?
Is the air filter clogged?
Is the air inlet or air outlet obstructed?
Is the air filter clogged?
Plug the power cord correctly.
Normal condition ,the machine wil not
work until the room humidity is higher
than setting huimidity data
Normal condition , wait for 3 minutes
until the compressor finish its delay
start protection
Empty the water tank and then
reposition to the machine body at
right position
The protection device is
activated and the machine
will not work under that temperature
Clean the air filter
Remove the obstruction from the air
inlet or air outlet
Clean the air filter
