CONNECTIONS AND RECOMMENDATIONS
- The accessory cable (3) is to be wound around the workpiece to be welded, the coils (1 turn = 1 turn around the
workpiece) are to be tightened against each other and as close as possible to the welding area.
- The further the coils are from the welding area, the higher the number of coils must be.
The greater the distance between each turn, the higher the current to be applied must be.
Cable overlapping is not ideal but can be a solution if there is not enough space available.
FULL DEMAGNETISATION MODE
Depending on the Easy, Expert or Advanced display mode, the product's HMI gives access to more or less welding para-
meters and configurations (see the TITANIUM 400 AC/DC manual, ref. 013568).

Predefined demagnetisation cycles according to the magnetic induction of the work-
pieces to be welded:
1 - Complete cycle time of 3.5s for small thicknesses and lengths.
1 - 4
2 - Complete cycle time of 7s for low thicknesses and long lengths.
3 - Cycle time of 20s for high thicknesses and short lengths.
4 - Cycle time of 35s for high thicknesses and short lengths.
