Rotatable additional handle:
See figure A6: The additional handle (A1-2) can be set to five different working positions.
To do so, turn open the grip until the additional handle can be moved, turn it to the required
position and turn the grip closed again.
Extendible acrylic glass protective cover:
See figure A7. To extend or retract the acrylic glass protective cover (A1-8), loosen both
retaining screws (A1-3), slide the acrylic glass protective cover to the required position and
then tighten the retaining screws again.
The extendible acrylic glass protective cover (A1-8) provides additional protection for
grinding roller widths up to 150 mm.
9. Switching the machine on and off
Always guide the machine with both hands.
First switch on the machine, then position the accessory on the workpiece.
Please prevent the machine from drawing in more dust and chips than necessary.
Keep the machine away from dust deposits when switching it on and off.
After switching off the machine, only put it down once the motor has come to a
complete stop.
When permanently switched on, the machine will continue running if you lose hold
of it. Therefore, always hold the machine with both hands by the handles provided,
make sure to stand firmly and focus on work.
Torque switch (with dead man's function):
Switch-on: See figure A11. Slide the trigger button (A1-10) forwards, then press the trigger
button (A1-10) upwards.
Switch-off: Release the trigger button (A1-10).
Permanent switch-on:
Button-on: See figure A12. Switch on the machine as described above. Now slide the trig-
ger button (A1-10) forwards again and release it in the forward position to lock the trigger
switch (A1-10) (permanent switch-on).
Button-off: Press the trigger switch (A1-10) upwards and release.
10. Attaching accessories, work instructions
Only press the spindle locking button (A2-2) when the spindle is at a standstill!

1. Press and hold the spindle locking button (A2-2).
2. Slide the accessory onto the spindle (A1-7).
3. Tighten the retaining screw (A1-6) for the accessory.
