Instructions for use
Prior to first use, clean the unit with warm water and a mild cleaning agent.
For cleaning the knives, use a standard washing-up sponge.
Place the unit on a level surface which is stable and capable of supporting its weight.
Never place the unit at the edge of the work surface.
Prior to use, ensure that the rubber legs are securely attached (sealed) to
the work surface and guarantee a safe position for the unit.
Place the unit so that the insertion point is at the front.
Place a plate on the base plate under the dispensation point.
Next, insert the sausage at the insertion point using appropriate tongs.
Press the slicer handle away from your body. Slices of sausage will fall out at
the dispensation point onto the plate.
Cleaning
To clean the unit, remove the shielding from the front by turning the grooved knobs
at both sides of the unit. The knives may be cleaned with a standard washing-up
sponge and mild cleaning agent. Rinse with clean water.
Never use any harsh cleaning agents which may scratch the unit.
Prior to storing in a dry place, ensure that the unit has been properly and thoroughly
cleaned.
WARNING! Danger of injury!
The knife edges are very sharp! When cleaning or performing any other task,
do not touch the knives' edges.
