This 2-channel Battle Mixer is ideal for semi-
professional use as a DJ mixer for scratching and
battle mixing, etc., on account of its simple and
compact design.
Application: e.g. in the DJ area, in clubs and at
events.
Mixer console features:
• 2 stereo channels [18], each switchable between
PHONO/LINE (4 inputs) [1]
• Continuously variable treble and bass input
channels [2]
• Input adapter per channel (2x gain) [3]
• Smooth-action channel cross-fader between the
two input channels „CH1" and „CH2" [4]
• REC-OUT, independent of the master [5], for
recording with an unchanging level [6]
• Variable stereo headphones output [7]
Connection: 6.3 mm jack-plug socket [9]
(front panel)
• 1 DJ microphone channel with input sensitivity
control [10]
Connection: 6.3 mm jack-plug socket [11]
(front panel)
• Two-colour stereo LED level display [12]
• Earthing screw for record player [13]
• Dimensions: 34.7 x 13.9 x 10.5 cm
• Including mains adapter, GS-certified
Operating instructions:
1. Switch off the mains switch (POWER) [15] to
connect the units (= marking point not depressed).
2. Connect the power cable of the mains adapter
with the mixer console (AC 12 V) [16].
3. Connect the mains adapter directly with the 220 V
power supply.
4. Before starting operation set all slide controls on
the mixer console [18], as well as the master
volume control [17] of the amplifier, to the
[9]
O-position (minimal).
5. • Connect all peripheral units (playback [1] &
record [6]) with the respective cinch sockets on
the rear panel.
• "Master" cinch sockets [5]: For connection with
the hifi amplifier/PA preamplifier.
• Microphone input [11] on the front panel.
• Headphones socket [9] on the front panel.
6. • The entire system can be set into operation
after the individual units have been properly
connected.
• Switch on the mixer with the "POWER" [15]
switch (= marking point depressed).
• The required source is selected with the input
selector switch [19] "PHONO 1/LINE 1",
"PHONO 2/LINE 2". The position of the individual
slide controls [18], as well as the volume control
of the master [17] and the hifi amplifier/PA
pre-amplifier, determine the signal strength.
• The signal strength of the headphones output is
variable with the "PHONES LEVEL" rotary control
[7]. The input signal can be monitored over the
headphones for specific level indication of the
signal display for a certain piece of music by
"depressing" the lock button for CH1 while CH2
is "not depressed" [8].
• The input signal strength of the microphone is
set with the "GAIN" rotary control [10]; the input
sensitivity is continuously variable.
• The REC-Out socket [6] is intended for the
connection of an audio recording unit and
supplies the master signal at a continuous
signal strength.
Important instructions:
• Unplug the mixer after it has been switched off.
• Separate the mixer from the mains for cleaning.
Use a dry soft cloth or recommended cleaning
products.
• Only use in closed rooms! Protect the mains
adapter from all moisture to exclude the danger of
fire and electric shock!
• The mains adapter, just as all mains-operated
appliances, must be kept out of reach of children!
• Always transport the audio mixer console in the
original cardboard box or a case that has been
cushioned accordingly.
• The mixer must only be opened and repaired by a
qualified technician.
