Grease the crusher lubrication points indicated in the table once every 4 hours of work. This operation is very important because grease, apart from lubricating
bearings, prevents dust to get into contact with supporting organs.
LUBRICATE EVERY 4 HOURS
2.- ELECTRICAL SYSTEM
Please pay particular attention to the conditions of the electrical system components. They have to be maintained in perfect efficiency and, if necessary, they have
to be replaced immediately once deteriorated.
Letting the machine operate with a non-perfectly functioning electrical system is a real danger for the operator's safety.
Before starting any maintenance or servicing work, please make sure that the power supply is disconnected and, anyway, before
opening the control board, please make sure that the general switch is in "OFF" position.
Please always and periodically check the conditions of electrical cables, of connections, switches and safety devices located inside the control board.
For any servicing and maintenance work, please refer only and exclusively to qualified and expert staff.
3.- HOODS AND PROTECTIVE CASINGS
Hoods and protective casings are an essential component for the safe operation of the machine and it is therefore essential to maintain them always in efficiency.
Side doors, besides having a protective function for the machine, are also anti-noise barriers and we therefore recommend you to check that clamping screws are
always tightened.
