E. OPERATION DEFECTS
When a problem or unusual event occurs, it is good practice to immediately stop and look for the causes of the failure. Whatever the problem is, please
immediately look for its solution because, on if not, it could worsen and cause serious accidents. Please consult the following table, where you will find a list of some
of the most common problems which can occur during the operation and their solution.
