PUSH BASE ONTO
CARRIER MAST.
Insert second bolt into
adjacent hole.
Position clear sleeve so
bolt can pass through.
Attach nut.
Insert pin into
holes in plates
and through mast.
ATTACH CARRIER
TO HITCH.
Insert carrier into hitch.
The holes in the carrier,
hitch and nut must align.

ALIGN HOLES IN MAST AND BASE.
At center hole near end: Insert bolt and washer.
Attach another washer and nut to bolt.
Secure wire onto end of hitch pin.
INSERT hitch bolt and washer.
TIGHTEN BOLT.
TIGHTEN with adjustable-end
wrenches or 9/15" wrenches.
WARNING:
DO NOT OVER-TIGHTEN
THIS BOLT!
Position flat surface of nut into holder.
• Slide into carrier's
hitch end.
• Bolt should enter at
rounded surface of nut,
not the holder.
TIGHTEN with
adjustable-end
wrenches or 9/15" wrenches.
SECURE hitch bolt
with safety clip.
