Important: For fully automated processes it has to be considered when entering the oil that the
major part of the waste oil is collected in front of the air conditioner (in the protective filter) and not
in the air conditioner. Accordingly, the oil may not be weighed by the air conditioner and re-added.
We recommend to put a service oil flat rate e.g. 5 g. The amount varies, when a component is
replaced, or it is larger air conditioners.
The filter element (5380 168) of the mini sight glass can be changed.
Disassemble the mini sight glass at protective filter acc. to "Figure 2" and change the element.
Instructions for industrial plants:
Remove fitting (1) of the sight glass and the quick-coupling (3). Disconnect the pipes directly
at the suction port and the air conditioning. Handling otherwise identical to how described under
"Instructions for vehicle air conditioning systems".
