WARNING:
Turn off power at main fuse/breaker box before beginning installation.
Wiring must meet the National Electrical Code.
This Ceiling Fan & Fixture Support meets or exceeds the requirements of the National Electrical
Code and must be used with hardware supplied to mount outlet box and fan or fixture bracket.
Only use #10 screws to support a ceiling fan. #8 screws are acceptable for fixtures. Intended for
1/2" sheetrock. Included Connector for use with Nonmetallic Cable (type N).

Step 1:
See Figure 1
Spread the brace between two joists
and secure them with the wood
screws provided. Use of the included
barbs provides temporary placement
until the wood screws are secured.
Step 2:
See Figure 2
Make sure to set the face of
the electrical box flush with the
finished surface.
Step 3:
See Figure 3
Slide the electrical box to the
appropriate position on the outer tube.
Tighten the nuts to secure it in place.
Step 4:
See Figure 4
Pull wire into the electrical box
through the connector provided.
Step 5:
See Figure 5
Slide the mounting selectors to the
appropriate position. Use #8 for
fixtures and #10 for fans.
Step 6:
Follow the installation instructions
provided with the fan or fixture.
